I am a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach who is passionate about helping people understand the root causes of chronic disease and empowering them to find their way (back) to health and joy.
After watching family members and friends struggle with terrible health issues – and going through several physical and mental health challenges myself – I made it my mission to learn everything I could about true wellness and how to end all the needless suffering I see around me.
This journey is lifelong, but I am grateful every day for the healing and joy this work brings into my life and the lives of others.
